    Returns

    āŒ We do not accept returns.

    Refunds

    Refunds are only given if:

    • The product is damaged or incorrect,

    • Reported within 24 hours,

    • With a mandatory unboxing video.

    No refunds for courier delays, wrong address, or custom orders once made.

    Exchange

    Exchange is only for defective/incorrect items reported within 24 hours with proof.

    Cancellation

    Can be cancelled within 2 hours only.

    Delivery Issues

    If marked delivered but not received, we will raise a courier claim. Refund only if courier confirms loss.
